Just wanted to let you both know, that in the 20+ years I’ve been taking safety courses, I have never had a better instructor than Ken with Commercial Driver’s training over the last couple of days.
This fellow was knowledgeable, energetic, entertaining and personable. He was able to take a course with fairly dry subject matter and turn it into something engaging and entertaining.
I have never witnessed an instructor able to address everybody by their first name (without looking at a piece of paper) within the first 30 minutes of the course…. Truly outstanding!
